• Order Tracking: Tracking ID will be provided via email once the order is shipped.
• Delays: In case of any unexpected delays, we will notify you immediately.

Returns & Refund Policy:

• Return Window: Product can be returned within 7 days from delivery.
• Eligibility for Returns: Product must be unused, in good condition, and have all tags and original packaging intact and seller has full authority cancel return/refund if anything suspicious found.
• Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after inspecting the returned product.
• Exchange: If you receive the wrong or defective product, we offer hassle-free exchange.
• Missing Product Return: If the product is missing from your package at the time of delivery, you will be refunded the full money. But this will include a video proof captured while opening the package.
• Return Process: To return an item, please contact our customer support team with your order details and RTO charges are applicable which customer is liable to pay.
